NOTES ABOUT ORDERING: 

First, if there is a history of emails going into your spam folder .... Please add our e-mail domain to your SPAM filter (the.arkworkshop@gmail.com) to ensure you do not miss any of our follow ups and correspondences.  We appreciate your business and confidence in our products.  Communicating with you is very important to us.  After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation generated by our website.  It details your INVOICE# (last 4 digits), order date, order contents, and shipping information.  Most items (cat houses, feed shelters, poly shelters, martin houses, large & medium bird items) generally have a 4 week turnaround time.  See the HOME PAGE for those details.  INVENTORY items generally arrive within a couple of weeks.   However, we always try to ship ALL orders earlier than the estimates.  Shipment confirmations (with tracking information) will be sent once your package(s) are on the way.  

Completing and shipping orders is our priority.  We spend most of our time in the shop where we are busy working on orders ... just like yours.  Also, check your SPAM folder because sometimes confirmations go in there.  In addition, make sure the email address you entered on your order form is correct since it is here that we will be sending all correspondences.  As mentioned on the website, all items require a certain amount of turnaround time and those times are indicated on the homepage of the website (as well as within each listing).  Turnaround times are based on when you ordered and the number of orders we have scheduled prior to yours.  Most deliveries will occur toward the end of that time frame and usually at the end of each week.  Thanks again for your business.  We'll be talking (emailing) with you again soon!

RESPONDING TO QUESTIONS:

We answer all emails and usually within 48 hours.  Since we work in the shop during the day, we are able to read and answer emails in the evenings/mornings.  We will get back to you as soon as we are able. We try to spend as much time as possible in the workshop so that we can get more orders processed.
