PAYING WITH CREDIT CARD...

If wishing to use credit card,  simply order the items you want and then you will be taken to the payment screen.  Although we use paypal to process credit cards, you do not have to become a paypal member to use your card.  We simply use paypal’s  processing services because it is customer safe and secure.  When it comes time to make payment, you will be taken to the payment screen.  Below the paypal login button, there is a tab that says DON‘T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?.  Simply click on that and you can use your credit card as in any regular transaction.  If you need assistance with this and would like for us to process your card for you, simply contact us via email or phone (765-296-2227) and provide us with:

1. Credit Card #
2. Expiration Date
3. Security Code (3 digit code)

AFTER YOU PLACE AN ORDER: 

1. You will receive an email confirmation within 48 hrs of your purchase.  This email will summarize your order, list the shipping address, & provide an estimated arrival time.
2. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email which will provide tracking information & the arrival date. 
   
3. We will track your package to make sure it is delivered and arrives on time and we will contact you (by email) if there are any delays.

RESPONDING TO QUESTIONS:

We answer all emails and usually within 24 hours.  Since we work in the shop during the day, we are able to read and answer emails in the evenings/mornings.  We will get back to you as soon as we are able.
