Turnaround times can change daily and are based on the number of orders we currently have on the shop schedule.

We always strive to get items completed and to you sooner. However, these lead times are pretty accurate. If needed, contact us about our booklet of DIY shelters you can make from household supplies. This could help you in the interim while you wait for your order to arrive.
When an ORDER gets placed, it is entered into the next, available workshop opening. Once a day fills, we start entering into the next day, then week, etc. This is what determines the length of our turnaround time. We work on these orders in the order that they're received. Therefore, it's always best to order sooner rather than later so that your order gets in the queue. If you have questions, contact us.
