⭐ COOLER CAT SHELTERS arrive within 3-4 weeks. Wooden cat shelters, feeders, platforms, and other large wooden
items have a 4-week turnaround.
Turnaround times can change daily because it is based upon the number of orders we currently have on the shop schedule and new orders coming in.
We always strive to get items completed and to you sooner. However, these lead times are pretty accurate. When an ORDER gets placed, it is entered into the next available workshop opening. Once a day fills, we start entering into the next day, then week, etc. This is what determines the length of our turnaround time. We work on these orders in the order that they're received. Therefore, it's always best to order sooner rather than later so that your order gets in the queue. If you have questions, contact us.
